The D.A.I.R.Y. Robotics Team is excited to announce a major boost to its program, thanks to a $2,500 grant approved through the Corteva Community Betterment Program. The funding supports the team’s ongoing initiative, "Increasing Participation of Rural Youth in STEM through D.A.I.R.Y. Robotics."
The donation will go directly toward purchasing a brand-new control system—the essential "brain" of the robot. This upgrade provides the processing power and advanced technology necessary to elevate the team’s engineering, construction, and programming capabilities for upcoming competitions.
This opportunity was made possible through the support of local community partners. The team extends its sincere gratitude to Matt Heims and Olivia Liddicoat of Pioneer Seeds, the Cross-Functional Regional Committee, and Corteva Agriscience for their investment in rural youth and the future of local STEM education.
