The Platteville School District is planning for its future and is looking for collaborative feedback from its community on how to prioritize its resources. We place student learning as our highest priority. As such, we ensure high levels of learning for all in a safe, inclusive learning community; every student, every day.
This week, our district will be mailing a community survey. The goal of the survey is to gather input from the community on what the district is doing well and where we should direct our resources in the coming school years.
We are committed to finding a solution that is supported by our community and this survey is a critical part of this process.
There are TWO EASY WAYS to take the survey:
ONLINE - Visit www.Feedback2000.com and enter your unique access code found on the front of your survey you received in the mail.
BY MAIL - Complete a paper copy of the survey and return it using the postage-paid envelope included with your survey.
Please complete the survey BY OCTOBER 5, 2026.
To ensure that all feedback remains confidential, the survey is conducted by School Perceptions, an independent, Wisconsin-based education research firm. All data is returned to School Perceptions and remain confidential.
