Requirements for Local Scholarships:

• Signature Form-Given to students previously.
• Application Form
• Checklist of Local Scholarships
• Two letters of recommendation
• Letter of acceptance from school
• Additional applications or materials required for scholarship

When finishing your scholarships you should remember the following:

Please submit all required materials for each scholarship as a completed packet to Ms. Lipska in the Student Services.

Be Prompt - Do not wait until January 31st to hand in your materials!!!
