Eligibility:

1. A student must be currently attending school at the high school or post secondary level.

2. A student must be between the ages of 17-21 on June 15, 2011.

5. Prior to receiving the award, a student must demonstrate that he/she has been successfully accepted and registered at the school of his/her choice.

6. A student must answer to the best of their ability all of the questions found on the application form.

Note that the course of study a student chooses will not be taken into consideration. As long as you meet the above requirements, you are considered eligible.
