This program provides an opportunity for all high school students to participate in supervised weight training activities. It is a great opportunity for students to get a workout in before school. It is especially advantageous for in-season athletes.
Open weight training begins in December and continues through May on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday mornings from 6:30-7:30 a.m. Join us for weight training (universal and free weights) and/or aerobic conditioning (wind bikes, treadmills, and jump ropes, etc.).
