Platteville High School
Platteville High School maintains an excellent college preparatory curriculum while also providing strong technical and work experience programs. PHS students score well on college entrance exams and a high percentage of graduates continue their education at post secondary institutions. Platteville High School is considered an innovator in the use of digital technology and graduates are well prepared to succeed in a technological society. A wealth of extra curricular activities provides students many opportunities to explore their unique interests and talents in artistic, athletic, academic, vocational and leadership pursuits. In addition to academic classrooms, the school houses specialized facilities for art, music, physical education, vocational education, alternative education and guidance. The district's information technology office is located at this site and supports technology users throughout the district. Two gymnasium, a weight room, and an auditorium are available for a variety of school and community uses. A well-equipped Instructional Materials Center (IMC), multiple computer labs and a distance education studio classroom provide support to all programs. A full range of student activities provides parents with many opportunities to share in their children's school experience. In addition, parents are encouraged to serve on school and program advisory committees and to become active participants in the high school experience.

Platteville Middle School
Platteville Middle School serves the young adolescent student population in grades 4-8. The faculty is committed to an educational philosophy that aspires to teach the "whole" child. Each grade level features a team structure that provides an advisor program designed to help students understand and address the issues they encounter during their emerging adolescence. Information technology is included in core academic instructions that is further supplemented by elective and exploratory course opportunities in agriculture, art music, physical education, technology education, health and foreign language. An excellent performing music tradition begins at Platteville Middle School. Individualized vocal, string and wind instrument lessons develop young musicians for solo, ensemble, band and orchestra performances. Parents are encouraged to be involved in their children's expanding music and athletic events, to participate in the Partners in Education advisory committee and to join the Parent Teacher Organization.

Westview Elementary School
Westview Elementary School is located on the west side of town. This school serves students in grades two and three. In addition to a strong academic curriculum, elementary students receive specialized instruction in music, art and physical education. Westview features a well-equipped library-media center and computer lab. Platteville's elementary schools have a proud history of strong parent support. Parents are encouraged to visit school regularly and to become active members in the District's Parent Teacher Organization.

Neal Wilkins Early Learning Center
Neal Wilkins Early Learning Center is located on the east side of town and provides school services for young children in a family-centered environment. School services include an Early Childhood Program for children with special needs who are three to five years of age, a First Step Preschool for four-year-old children, and Full Day Kindergarten for five-year-old students and first grade for six-year-old students.
